What we collect
When you enquire, book a counselling session, register or pay, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, profession, programme of interest, training preferences and career objective, your appointment details, any message you send, the page and campaign that brought you to us, and the date and time of your consent. For payments we store the amount, status and the payment gateway reference; card and bank details are handled by our payment gateway and are never stored by us.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct counselling, send booking confirmations and reminders, provide course information you consented to, process admission and payment, set up your student account, and improve our programmes. We do not sell your information.
WhatsApp, SMS and email
With your consent we contact you on WhatsApp (via the WhatsApp Business Platform), SMS and email. You can opt out of course information messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Messages about bookings or payments you request will still be sent.
